If you're not home during delivery, the courier may leave a card with instructions on how to collect your package or arrange a redelivery.

If your order has not yet been shipped, you can change your delivery address by contacting us, contact@sikaoudh.co.uk as soon as possible. Once the order is shipped, we cannot make changes to the delivery address.

If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage and contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. We will work with you to resolve the issue, whether it’s a replacement or a refund.

An e-gift card is not a physical product. The e-gift card will be sent via email.

We offer a full refund on packaged, sealed items within 14 days of purchase. Please note that we are only able to assist with refund or replacement if the product is damaged. Prior to receiving a video or picture as proof of damage.

Unfortunately, we are unable to issue new e-gift cards if they are lost, stolen, or deleted. E-gift cards should be treated like cash, and we recommend saving the email containing your e-gift card details in a safe and secure place.

Once we have authorised that we can accept your refund, we will email you the address to send your returns to.

We recommend using a secure delivery method that requires a signature, such as Recorded Delivery, for all returned goods. You will be responsible for the items until we receive them.

Any refunds for items purchased using an e- gift card will be credited back to the original e- gift card.

Place the incense stick in an appropriate holder that can catch the ash and ensure safe burning.

Light the tip with a match or lighter, allowing it to catch fire. After a few seconds, gently blow out the flame, leaving the tip glowing. The incense stick will begin to release fragrant smoke.

Allow the incense to burn until it reaches your desired level of fragrance or until it is finished. The smoke will disperse throughout the room, creating a pleasant atmosphere.

Add 3-5 drops of oudh oil into oil burner.

Put the candle into the candle holder and light the candle below. The tea light candle warms up the oudh oils in burner to diffuse aromas and fragrance.
 After the oil runs out, the burner will be very hot, please allow to cool down before touching to clean.
